These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Faith Harbor. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
This store is operated by Faith Harbor, Massachusetts, United States. Throughout these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Faith Harbor, and "you" refers to anyone using the site or placing an order.
Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give us true, current and complete information when you order.
Our calendars and safe use
Our advent calendars are building sets with small parts. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years. Children should build with an adult nearby, and loose pieces should be kept away from babies, toddlers and pets.
Products, descriptions and pricing
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colors vary between screens, and some images show a finished scene or an example of use. Prices are in US dollars. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price is wrong or the payment looks fraudulent. If we do, we refund you in full.
Multi-buy prices
Multi-calendar prices apply automatically, to calendars bought in the same order. They can't be combined with other discount codes unless we say so.
Optional add-ons
Shipping Protection, the 30-Day Guarantee and the printable nativity coloring pages are optional. Each one appears as its own line, with its price, in your cart and at checkout before you pay, and you only pay for the ones in your order. What Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Guarantee cover is set out in our shipping and refund policies.
Digital items
The Family Devotional and the printable coloring pages are for your personal use. You may print as many copies as your family needs, but you may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Intellectual property
The text, images, videos, logos and printable materials on this site belong to Faith Harbor or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Reviews and anything you submit
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is your own and describes your real experience, and you allow us to show it on our site and in our marketing. We don't pay for positive reviews or change the meaning of a review.
Third-party services
Payments, delivery and some emails are handled by third parties, such as our e-commerce platform, payment providers and carriers, under their own terms.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
