What to include
- Order questions: your order number and, if it's about delivery, your tracking number.
- A missing piece: your order number and the door number. We send missing pieces free.
- Something arrived damaged: your order number and a photo. That is usually all we need.
- Digital files not received: your order number. Check your spam folder first; we resend the same business day.
- Returns: your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return and send you the address, so please wait for that before posting anything back.
